We are looking for an Account Executive to support our Brown Goods category (TV, Laser TV, Soundbar), ideal for someone looking to develop their career in sales and account management within a fast-paced environment. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations and strong partnerships with key and national accounts while also directly managing assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, attending regular face-to-face meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure client needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key account stakeholders to maximize sales potential and drive revenue growth.
- Support the execution of promotions, marketing initiatives, and product training, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor stock levels and contribute to sales forecasts to assist with stock planning.
- Analyse account performance, identifying sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist Account Managers with order processing and claims management, ensuring smooth operations for assigned accounts.
- Maintain and update sales performance reports and key account metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Prepare presentations and sales materials to support client meetings and business discussions.
- Resolve customer queries and operational challenges efficiently, ensuring excellent account service.
- Other ad hoc tasks where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Educated to a Degree level.
- Previous experience in account management role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, take initiative, and support the team.
- Full UK Driving Licence, or plan to get a driving license within 2025.
