We’re hiring Systems Analysts / Technical Business Analysts to join one of the most exciting technology transformation environments at Hiscox. This is not a traditional BA role. We’re looking for technically-minded analysts who enjoy solving complex business and systems challenges, shaping integration solutions, and working closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver real business impact.
You’ll sit within cross-functional Agile teams helping design and deliver scalable technical solutions across enterprise applications, APIs, automation, and integrations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Working across end-to-end solution delivery — from discovery through to deployment
- Supporting API and systems integration initiatives (REST/SOAP)
- Running workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with developers, architects, testers, and third-party vendors
- Supporting solution validation, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Helping shape scalable, reusable technical solutions across multiple applications and technologies
