The Opportunity

We're looking for a Technical Architect to support the evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform at Hiscox. This is a key role within our Platform Engineering function, focused on shaping and governing the architecture of our D365 estate across Customer Service, Sales and Contact Centre. You'll work closely with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure solutions are scalable, aligned, and built with long-term value in mind — while also contributing to reusable architecture patterns at group level.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and evolve the technical architecture for Dynamics 365
  • Ensure alignment between delivery partners and internal standards
  • Establish and maintain architecture governance and standards
  • Produce architecture blueprints, frameworks, and documentation
  • Partner with group architects to create reusable patterns
  • Provide technical guidance and support solution assurance

What We're Looking For

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / Sales)
  • Proven background in integration architecture (APIs, systems)
  • Experience working in regulated or complex environments
  • Solid understanding of Azure and DevOps practices
  • Strong communication skills — able to influence across technical and business teams
