We are seeking a Technical Architect to support the design and governance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across Customer Service, Sales and Contact Centre. The role will report to the Head of Platform and is offered on an initial 6‑month contract, based in York with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 across the business unit.
- Coordinate with the omnichannel delivery partner to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and business requirements.
- Work with group architects to develop reusable patterns and reference architectures.
- Oversee integration design.
- Establish and maintain architecture governance, including technical standards and compliance.
- Produce architecture blueprints, integration frameworks and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and support solution assurance.
Essential Skills And Experience:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales; Contact Centre is beneficial).
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure and compliant enterprise solutions.
- Experience working in regulated and corporate environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work across business and technical teams.

- Architecture blueprints and documentation.
- Integration framework and governance model.
- Reusable reference architecture for group-wide adoption.
- Technical reports and knowledge transfer materials.
