Hiscox is seeking a qualified accountant to support the Syndicate Accounting and Reporting team during a transformation to an offshore outsourcing model. You will oversee ledger controllership, regulatory returns, and external/internal reporting for three managed syndicates, with a onshore team in London and Colchester.
You will partner with Group Finance, Actuarial, IT and auditors, driving improvements, ensuring deadlines, and mentoring the team in Lloyds reporting and governance.
