Hiscox UK is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive data‑driven insights and governance for the Schemes and MGA portfolio. You will lead a team of 3–4 analysts, shape portfolio strategy, and partner with underwriting, pricing, and operations to deliver profitable growth.
You will report to the Head of Pricing and Portfolio Management and work with senior stakeholders across underwriting and sales to align with Hiscox UK strategy.
