This fixed-term/secondment role is within the UK Finance Business Partnering team, supporting the Chief Distribution Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to drive profitable growth. It offers a gateway for a qualified accountant (Big 4 trained or equivalent) to join a fast-paced, commercially focused environment with career progression and high-level engagement across finance functions. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, deputising when needed. If you’re ambitious, high-performing, and eager to influence commercial decisions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Distribution function, providing financial insights and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage the monthly financial reports for Distribution management and ensure actions are taken to improve performance.
- Evaluate financial business cases for Distribution projects and understand project accounting.
- Own the financial planning and reforecasts for Distribution, implementing driver-based planning.
- Analyze monthly Distribution UK expenses, including headcount management.
- Monitor market insights, identify risks and opportunities, and propose solutions.
