Hiscox Underwriting Group Services Ltd (HUGS) seeks a Product Owner Chapter Lead to supervise a team of Product Owners embedded in cross‑functional delivery teams. The role ensures consistent, effective product ownership across the portfolio and translates strategy into backlogs, requirements and delivery increments.
You will lead ~10 Product Owners, coach on prioritisation and stakeholder management, and promote Agile practices while partnering with business, Change and Technology functions.
