- Insurance Expert – Fixed Term
- Overview
You will serve as the primary inbound phone‑based broker support contact, handling enquiries, requests, and administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of broker and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, broker‑centric responses to phone, email, webchat, and social media requests.
- Collect relevant information, manage workflow, and triage to underwriting, claims, or operations as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for High Net‑Worth brokers, offering support and information to help them make informed decisions.
- Deliver exceptional service and manage all current client enquiries and adjustments efficiently and professionally.
- Build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a high standard of communication with brokers.
- Recommend alternative solutions when appropriate to enhance broker experience and support retention.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge of insurance products and share insights internally to raise overall expertise.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims and operations to provide mutual support and achieve service level targets.
- Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
