What you will be doing

  • Selling specialist home insurance to high-net-worth customers, having great conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell and up sell our personal line products, based on customers\' needs.
  • Speaking to existing customers and resolving their queries, through both phone and email.
  • You will have individual targets, which you are accountable for achieving. These are balanced between sales, quality and customer satisfaction while managing your time.
  • You will become an expert in our technical products and our IT systems
  • Participating in weekly team meetings and huddles to discuss problem solving, as well as reviewing your individual and team performance.
  • Working with other teams across the contact centre to provide good outcomes for our customers and Hiscox.
  • Our trainers will spend 4 weeks helping you build your knowledge of our products and systems. The training is varied and includes online and self-learning. After training, you will move into an Academy to further strengthen your skills for another 4 weeks.

This role is 35 hours per week, 9-5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 with potential of an annual performance bonus
