The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.
Their queries, through both phone and email. You will have individual targets, which you are accountable for achieving. These are balanced between sales, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing your time. You will become an expert in our technical products and our IT systems.
Participating in weekly team meetings and huddles to discuss problem solving, as well as reviewing your individual and team performance.
Working with other teams across the contact centre to provide good outcomes for our customers and Hiscox.
Our trainers will spend 5 weeks helping you build your knowledge of our products and systems. The training is varied and includes online and self-learning. After training, you will move into an Academy to further strengthen your skills for another 4 weeks.
