They are looking for a talented Workfront Business Analyst to join them and play a crucial role in the maintenance, support, and optimization of their Workfront work management system, directly impacting their internal communication processes.
About the Role: As a Workfront Business Analyst, you will be the go-to person for their Workfront work management system. Your primary focus will be on platform maintenance, providing end-user support, analysing business needs, and developing solutions within Workfront to enhance their communication processes. This role is centred around business analysis and platform support within the Workfront environment, with no development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for their Workfront platform, ensuring its efficient and effective operation. This includes monitoring content creation processes, data integrity, and overall system health.
- Provide comprehensive end-user support for Workfront, assisting team members in navigating the platform, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their workflows.
- Lead the implementation of new processes and features within Workfront, driving user adoption and ensuring alignment with communication team needs.
- Design and build end-to-end processes in Workfront, carefully accounting for various end-user requirements and striving for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams at all levels to identify areas for process improvement within their communication workflows and leverage Workfront to develop effective solutions.
- Provide first-line end-user support for Workfront-related issues, escalating to relevant teams when necessary.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on Workfront usage for internal communications teams, reinforcing best practices and platform guidelines.
- Maintain a detailed log of assigned Workfront tasks and requests, as well as manage recurring platform maintenance activities within Workfront.
- Support multifaceted communications projects that integrate with Workfront, engaging with a diverse group of internal stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with a significant focus on Workfront platform administration, support, and business process analysis.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows and processes within Workfront.
- Strong understanding of Workfront functionalities, including project management, resource management, reporting, and integrations.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to think strategically about process optimization while maintaining rigorous attention to detail within the Workfront platform.
- Highly self-motivated with strong initiative; able to anticipate issues, propose solutions within Workfront, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain Workfront concepts to various audiences.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively to achieve results within the Workfront environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Innovative thinker with a passion for leveraging Workfront to improve communication workflows.
