About the Role:
As Talent Acquisition Executive, your focus will be on attracting, screening, and maintaining a pipeline of talented individuals to meet our clients' recruitment needs. You will use tools like job boards and social media to engage with candidates while supporting Account Managers with detailed candidate information for client roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source talented candidates through comprehensive searches
- Screen and assess potential hires to ensure they meet job specifications
- Manage a clear and organised pipeline for ongoing and future opportunities
- Work closely with Account Managers by providing vetted candidates for client roles
- Conduct CV searches and filter candidates to match client requirements
