Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Gardener to join their dedicated team.

Location: London, EC4Y 9BT

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 gross per annum (Pro rata)

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, 4 days per week.

About Our Client:

They are proud to provide support, education and accommodation to barristers at every stage of their careers. The Gardens date from the 13th Century and comprise of a number of courtyards and a main garden and include a vegetable growing area and glasshouse. The gardens are enjoyed by Members of the Inn and residents, for commercial events and at specified times they are open to the public.

Gardener – The Role:

You will be involved in all tasks from planting and pruning to litter picking, seed sowing and propagation and lawn care. This is a small team, and you will be working closely with the Head Gardener.

Gardener – You:

  • Experience working in a large garden
  • Good knowledge and interest of plant health and pest and diseases
  • You will need to be confident working independently whilst able to supervise other assistants in the garden such as volunteers and liaise with outside contractors
