We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers / Selector to join a busy distribution centre in Atherstone. Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own transport. This is a temp to perm opportunity - subject to a successful probation period The role will initially be based inAtherstone, however successful candidates will be required to transfer to our clientsBardon (LE67) Distribution Centrein the future. You must be able to travel to both sites independently. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with warehouse, logistics, picking, packing, or LLOP experience looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent. Shift Details (all subject to potential change based upon operational requirements) Dayshift starts at 5am or 6am Night shift starts at 7:30pm Typical shift length: 78 hours Shift pattern: various (eg 5 days on, 3 days off, 4 on 2 off etc (includes weekends) Fixed rota options working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 2 out of 3 Sundays Pay Rates £13.44 per hour (before 10pm) £16.79 per hour (after 10pm) After 12 weeks: £14.93 per hour (before 10pm) £18.66 per hour (after 10pm)
