Events Operations Driver / Market Setup Operative Location: Warwickshire and surrounding areas Pay: £14.24 per hour Minimum paid shift: 3 hours Hours: Minimum 14 hours per week, mainly Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays About the Role If you are a very flexible person with your time. Our client is looking for a reliable, very flexible, hardworking and practical individual to join their Events Operations Team. The role involves driving and towing a trailer to market and event locations, followed by loading, unloading, setting up and dismantling market stalls and equipment. You will work as part of a team of around 7–8 people to ensure events are delivered safely and on time. This is a physically active, outdoor role and would suit someone who enjoys practical work and has a flexible approach to working hours. Hours of Work A minimum of 14 hours per week will be available until mid-December, primarily on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Shift times and durations vary depending on the event schedule and may include daytime, evening and early-morning work. Examples include: Fridays: 16:00–19:00 Saturdays: 16:00–19:00 Sundays: Various hours depending on the event October–December: Some Sunday shifts may be 00:00–04:00 and 18:00–22:00 Other Sunday shifts may include 23:45–02:45 and 17:45–21:45 Schedules will be provided in advance wherever possible. Total flexibility is essential. Hours may reduce from January but are expected to increase again from March, with regular overtime opportunities available.
