As a Trainee Window Film Installer, you will initially start as an assistant to a team of installers, receiving full hands-on training to a very high standard and will be working within a diverse range of interesting residential and commercial environments. Our clients include stately homes, airports, and large, well-known manufacturing and aerospace companies.

Your Key Duties:

  • Read and understand job instructions
  • Prepare tool kit/vehicles for job
  • Maintain assigned equipment
  • Prepare site to meet installation requirements
  • Install window film, vinyl and manifestation to glazing
  • Remove existing film (where applicable)
  • Maintain safe working environment at all times
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers to ensure clarity
  • Identify potential issues and find solutions

What We are looking for in You:

  • The desire and determination to ensure all work completed meets the high-quality standards our customer’s expectations
  • Passion, determination and drive to achieve deadlines and deliver quality work right first time
  • The ability to work within a team or on own initiative
  • Good communication skills and an approachable personality
  • An ability to learn
  • Driving License (Essential)
  • Great time management
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Site experience and certificates is not essential but would be an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £26,000-£30,000+ per year plus Bonuses

20 days holiday and bank holidays off each year
