The Role
As a Customer Service & Office Support Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting customers, the Office Manager, and the wider business. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails, creating job cards, processing customer payments over the phone, and helping with daily office administration. During quieter periods, you will also support wider business tasks as the company continues to grow.
