Newbury 4×4 Centre Ltd is looking for a skilled Technician to join our established, friendly team in Berkshire specialising in Land Rover and Range Rover. You'll be hands-on in the workshop, working across a range of Land Rover and Range Rover models.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and inspections to a high standard
- Perform diagnostics and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Use specialist tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before returning to customers
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience
We're after a technician who takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys solving problems.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with proven diagnostic experience
- Confidence with electrical systems, fault diagnosis and diagnostic equipment
- A keen eye for detail, good organisation, and a safety-first mindset
- The ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues (and customers when needed)
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience with Land Rover and Range Rover models is a big plus, but great technicians who learn fast are welcome too.
