Our client is looking for a Team Manager / Reinstatement Planner to join their existing team due to ever growing workloads.

Salary & Working Hours:

  • Hours are 8.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday - No remote working available - Working from the Shepton Mallet Depot
  • Weekend and out of office hours on call required
  • PAYE with a starting salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (experience dependant) per annum OTE £60,000 - £70,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage the day-to-day work for Reinstatement Teams
  • Liaise with teams and clients throughout the day
  • Deal with and resolve daily problems and ensure deadlines are met
  • Control and manage profit and loss of your area

Requirements:

  • Cat B driving licence as a minimum
  • Excellent management skills
  • Strong IT knowledge & organisational abilities
  • Solid Math competences
  • Good memory and organisational aptitudes
