Rachel McLane Ltd is seeking an experienced Studio Manager / Project Manager to take ownership of studio coordination, project flow, and design-stage delivery across a range of interior design projects.

It will suit a candidate with construction project management, design coordination, or interior fit-out project experience who is confident managing programmes, monitoring workflow, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that information is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.

The successful candidate will play a central role in maintaining structure, accountability, and momentum across the studio, enabling the design team and wider business to operate efficiently and effectively.
