We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is a young man with learning disabilities and complex health needs. He lives in Cambridge and leads a varied, inclusive life and is looking for a number of personal assistants/support workers with the right skills and values to support him.
Located in a lovely, spacious home in central Cambridge, this family‑based role will involve you working with our clients\’ friends, family and other PAs. You will be involved in supporting our client to get ready for the day, in all aspects of daily living, both at home and in the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working always as part of a supportive team of people
- Provide support and companionship
- Assist in arranging daily activities
- Accompany the client to external activities and events
- Keep informed of the client\’s well‑being and needs
- Help client with self‑care, including maintaining a medication regimen
Key Skills:
- Compassionate and caring

- Although not essential, enjoying music and eating out
- A driving licence would be helpful.
