Are YOU the Performance Creative Designing Superhero We're looking for? Create work that reaches millions. Learn faster than ever. Help build one of the UK's most exciting performance marketing brands.
About Us
We're a Norwich-based, world-serving drink supplement brand (think Red Bull... but we're not an energy drink). Our mission is simple: help people achieve more, win more and do more through delicious, science-backed nootropic drinks. Every sale also helps feed and nourish a child for a year through our charitable partner - something we're genuinely proud of. We're an ambitious ecommerce business that moves quickly, tests relentlessly and believes great creative is one of the biggest drivers of growth. If you enjoy seeing your ideas go live, learning what works (and what doesn't), and constantly improving, you'll fit right in.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer to join our creative team three days per week. You’ll work closely alongside our Creative Strategist to bring ideas to life quickly, accurately and at scale. This isn't a traditional graphic design role. You’re not creating brochures that sit on a shelf. You’re creating performance-focused creative that helps acquire customers across Meta, email, ecommerce and beyond. You’ll have the opportunity to see your work tested in the real world, learn what performs, and become significantly better every month.
Who We're Looking For
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys creating. You love turning ideas into finished work and get satisfaction from seeing projects go live. You’re naturally proactive, take ownership of your work and enjoy finding better, faster ways of doing things. You don’t wait to be told every step – you get stuck in, ask good questions and keep moving. You enjoy feedback because you know it makes the work better. You’re equally happy producing multiple ad variations in an afternoon or spending extra care refining an important brand asset. Most importantly, you’re excited by how AI is changing creative work and you’re already using it to improve your workflow.
What You’ll Be Creating
- High-performing static adverts for Meta and other paid channels
- Short-form video adverts
- Motion graphics and animated creative
- Landing page and ecommerce assets
- Branded email graphics
- Product imagery, compositing and creative mock-ups
- Visual assets for new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Occasional support with product photography and campaign shoots
No two weeks are exactly the same.
How We Work
Our creative philosophy is simple:
- Performance first. We care about producing creative that helps the business grow.
- Ship quickly. Perfect is rarely the goal. Learning quickly is.
- Test everything. Great ideas come from testing - not guessing.
- AI is part of the workflow. We use AI every day to move faster, generate ideas and improve quality.
- Collaboration wins. The best work comes from people sharing ideas, giving feedback and improving together.
Your Responsibilities
- Turn creative briefs into finished assets quickly and accurately
- Produce high volumes of static creatives for testing and scaling
- Edit short-form video adverts
- Add motion graphics where they improve performance
- Design polished landing page, web and email assets
- Create product imagery and promotional visuals
- Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow and improve output
- Report and collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and wider marketing team
- Manage your workload effectively and deliver work on time
- Maintain excellent attention to detail, spelling and brand consistency
- Continuously improve your skills and creative output
- Create physical asset designs for use with our products
Skills & Experience
We're much more interested in the quality of your work than the number of years on your CV. Ideally you’ll have:
- Excellent Photoshop skills (essential)
- Strong video editing ability for performance marketing
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator
- Experience creating paid social creative
- Experience designing for ecommerce, landing pages and email
- Confidence using modern AI creative tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Firefly or similar)
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive attitude and willingness to keep learning
Success In This Role Looks Like
- Creative delivered on time without constant chasing
- High-quality assets produced efficiently

- Strong collaboration with the Creative Strategist
- Great attention to detail
- Continuous improvement through testing, feedback and AI
