This is an unmissable opportunity for a dedicated Forklift Instructor to join an expanding team. Milne Safety is a Health and Safety consultancy and training company based in Wymondham. We work with clients across the UK and are looking for a forklift trainer to deliver training at our Training Centre in Wymondham and at our client’s sites.

You’ll be crucial in ensuring our customers' employees are trained to operate forklifts safely, confidently, and efficiently. What we are looking for:

  • AITT Preferred but not essential if not ITSSAR, or RTITB instructor certification (required)
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience
  • Ability to captivate and engage participants with compelling and interactive training sessions
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in training delivery
  • Experience using a variety of training techniques and methodologies
  • A self-starter who is motivated, independent, and possesses a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Deliver engaging and comprehensive forklift training programs at our Wymondham Training Centre as well as at our clients' sites. Conduct in-person training sessions, ensuring participants are fully involved. Provide training in compliance with accredited standards. Maintain a professional demeanour and establish rapport with customers during on-site visits.
