This is a flexible, fully remote role, ideal if you are self-driven, value-led, and know how to position a high-trust service in a clear, compelling way. In this role, you will directly contribute to real business outcomes by booking quality conversations for consultants.

What you will do:

  • Make outreach calls and follow up with business owners and senior leaders
  • Introduce the company's strategic consulting and leadership services in a compelling, value-led way
  • Book qualified discovery calls for our consulting team
  • Work with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and scripts
  • Track outreach activity and share insights to continuously improve results

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, telemarketing, or consultative sales
  • Confidence speaking with senior business decision-makers
  • Clear, articulate communication and the ability to communicate value quickly
  • Independence and strong time management (you are comfortable running your own day)
  • A genuine interest in business growth, leadership, and strategy

What you will get:

  • £15 per hour + uncapped commission - this is 10% of shoot production for one off, and 15% for recurring (3+ projects with the same client booked). Productions vary from £1500 - £15k typically
