The Role Are you passionate about coding and ready to take your skills to the next level? We're looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our team and help us shape the future of payroll technology.

  • Turning development briefs into great-looking, functional web technology
  • Writing clean, well-structured, and easy-to-maintain code
  • Supporting and maintaining Jade services that power our web front-end
  • Spotting opportunities to make our product even better with new tech and ideas
  • Keeping our source code tidy, organised, and properly documented
  • Pitching in with other tasks to support the wider team when needed

What we're looking for:

  • A good grasp of C# and ASP.NET, plus experience with web frameworks
  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving and can work with different teams across the business
  • An organised person who knows how to prioritise and manage their workload

Why you'll love working with us:

  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your ideas matter
  • Work with the latest technology to build products that make a real difference
  • Learn directly from experienced developers and leaders in the business
  • Grow your career in a company that invests in your development
  • Hybrid working; minimum 3 days a week in Mansfield
