We're looking for an experienced Head of Operations to take ownership of our project management and installation team as Noise Boys grows.
This is a senior, hands-on role with plenty of freedom to shape the team and operation.
It will suit someone who has experience of building and developing operational teams, rather than simply inheriting an established structure.
