The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is seeking a dedicated Hospital Liaison Substance Misuse Worker based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. The role forms a partnership with RDaSH, integrating within the Hospital Mental Health Liaison service to support in-patients and A&E attendees with substance misuse issues.
You will provide advice, brief interventions, risk and needs assessments, and facilitate engagement with specialist treatment services to reduce future hospital attendances.
