Perimeter Solutions is a specialist provider of commercial and high-security fencing systems. We deliver projects across a range of sectors including education, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and high-security environments. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple fencing installation projects across the South East.
The Contract Manager will take responsibility for delivering commercial fencing and perimeter security projects from contract award through to completion. You will be managing projects delivered for Principal Contractors on construction sites, as well as end users, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong coordination between clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial fencing and perimeter security projects simultaneously
- Act as the primary point of contact for Principal Contractors and clients
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors across sites
- Ensure works comply with health & safety regulations and site requirements
- Monitor project progress, costs, and programme deadlines
- Conduct site visits and oversee quality of installation
- Manage variations, valuations, and commercial aspects of projects
- Support tender handover and project planning stages
- Proven experience managing commercial fencing or construction subcontractor projects
- Experience working with Principal Contractors on live construction sites
- Strong understanding of construction site health & safety requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
- Experience delivering projects within data centres or utilities infrastructure
- Knowledge of high-security fencing systems
- Salary range £50,000 - £60,000
- Proven extensive Data centre / utilities experience £60,000 - £75,000
- Annual Bonus (performance based)
