Burton Albion Football Club is seeking an experienced Safeguarding and EDI Lead to champion safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion across the Club. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead safeguarding provision, ensuring compliance with standards, managing concerns and referrals, delivering training, and driving continuous improvement.
The role also leads all Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, embedding best practice and creating an inclusive environment for players.
