Burton Albion FC are looking for an experienced Head Chef to drive high-quality food delivery across matchdays, hospitality, conferences and events at the Pirelli Stadium. You’ll take full ownership of kitchen operations - from menu design and cost control through to leading and developing the kitchen team - ensuring consistently high standards of food, service and hygiene.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading all kitchen operations across matchdays and events
- Planning innovative menus within budget to maximise revenue
- Managing and developing a high-performing kitchen team
- Ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
- Working closely with the Head of Venue and wider teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
