Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and training to senior teams and line managers on H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Develop and enforce health and safety plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and company standards.
- Conduct inspections of equipment, operations, and facilities, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to safety laws and best practices.
- Manage statutory safety inspections, investigate incidents, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence, improving workplace safety culture.
- Lead H&S training, presentations, and hazard reporting to promote proactive safety practices and workforce engagement.
