Care Assistant — Swindon We are looking for someone who treats a home visit as more than a checklist to join a highly caring client within the Domiciliary sector in Southampton.

You'll help clients with washing, dressing, meals and medication prompts.

Some days it's practical support.

Other days it's just sitting and listening.
