The ideal candidate seeks a part time role, 25 hours minimum and flexible hours and is able to demonstrate food & beverage health and safety experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and training to senior teams and line managers on H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and enforce health and safety plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and company standards.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment, operations, and facilities, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to safety laws and best practices.
  • Manage statutory safety inspections, investigate incidents, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence, improving workplace safety culture.
  • Lead H&S training, presentations, and hazard reporting to promote proactive safety practices and workforce engagement.

The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate experience from past health and safety position within food & beverage.
