We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join a highly reputable client focused on food production.

Salary: £40k

Hours: 7:30 to 4:30pm

Location: Within 3 miles of North Cave, HU15

Travel: Rare occasion international/national

Duties:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyse data to determine areas of weakness and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control processes
  • Manage a team of four

Qualifications:

  • Level 3-4 HACCP, TACCP & VACCP qualifications
  • Proven experience in a quality management role
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to lead a team effectively in maintaining high-quality standards

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 4 Food hygiene qualification
  • NEBOSH / IOSH qualification
  • Lead auditor qualifications
  • Internal auditor qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
