Position: Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Required: 4 to 6 years minimum work experience in building design
Location: Bolton, United Kingdom, Office Based
Job Responsibilities
We seek a skilled Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience. You ideally hold building design experience and well experienced in working with CAD, with strong communication and project management skills that are required to liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates Requirements
- Graduate in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in building services, including plant specifications and load calculations.
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Confident in client interactions.
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
- Proficient in CAD, and industry standards.
