The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This is very much a hands-on position where you will learn by doing the job rather than following a formal training programme. You will initially be involved with:
- Preparation of software price quotations for existing and new clients
- Issuing licence agreements and addenda
- Distribution of products by courier and email
- Assisting clients with download and security device problems
- Issuing sales invoices
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients via email as well as through Microsoft Teams
- Regular in-person and MS Teams meetings with clients to discuss contracts
- Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company
- As you gain experience, you will be responsible for the preparation and writing of tender/bid documentation, along with participating in the drafting and negotiation of more complex licence agreements.
To succeed you will need to demonstrate:

- Good school results in both Maths and English
- A good knowledge of both Excel & Word
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
