Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a 1st & 2nd Support Engineer.
Some travel will be required; candidates must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line and some 2nd line support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues such as password resets, software installations, and basic hardware malfunctions.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior IT team members as needed.
- Set up and configure new hardware and software for users.
- Perform regular IT operations and maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and security.
- Develop technical skills under the mentorship of senior staff.
- Maintain up-to-date departmental documentation.
- Assist in IT equipment inventory management and reporting.
