This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that values transformation, agility, and commercial success.\\n  \\n The Opportunity for the Transformational Finance Director:\\nWe are seeking a commercially astute and strategic Finance Director to drive financial transformation within the business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for optimising financial performance, enhancing processes, and ensuring strong financial governance.

Your insights and leadership will be instrumental in guiding the company through its next phase of growth.\\n  \\n What the Transformational Finance Director will be involved in:\\n \\nLeading the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives. \\nOverseeing all financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. \\nDriving business transformation by improving financial processes, systems, and efficiencies.

\\nProviding strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board to support data-driven decision-making. \\nImplementing robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks. \\nPartnering with key stakeholders across the business, including merchandising, operations, and marketing teams.

\\nPreparing detailed financial models to support investment decisions and business expansion. \\nManaging relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and private equity investors. \\nLeading and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

 \\n To be successful as the Transformational Finance Director, you will need the following:\\n \\nFully qualified in ACCA / ACA / CIMA. \\nProven experience as a Finance Director, ideally within the retail sector or a similar fast-paced environment. \\nStrong experience in financial transformation, with a track record of improving processes and efficiencies.

\\nExperience in working with private equity-backed businesses is highly desirable. \\nAbility to report to the Board and make strategic financial decisions. \\nStrong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

\\nExceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.  \\n The package on offer for the Transformational Finance Director includes:\\n \\nCompetitive salary of £90,000 to £125,000 depending on experience. \\n10-20% company performance bonus.

\\nCar allowance (electric car). \\nQuarterly company-wide team incentives. \\nAnnual Christmas party.
