Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality valuation advice in line with RICS standards across relevant asset classes.
- Acting as a trusted valuation expert to internal stakeholders, investors and external partners.
- Taking ownership of complex valuation instructions and providing clear, commercially robust advice.
- Playing a key role in shaping valuation processes, controls and best practice as the business scales.
- Contributing to strategic and business-critical decisions within a fast-growing start-up environment.
- Supporting the development of the Manchester office and wider valuation function.
- Working closely with senior leadership and private equity stakeholders as the business grows.
- Helping to establish the firmβs reputation, credibility and market presence.
- Remaining hands-on while operating at a senior, commercially minded level.
Candidate Profile
- Fully RICS qualified (MRICS) is essential.
- Substantial experience within valuation, ideally within a commercial, lender or advisory-led environment.
- Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to take ownership of complex work.
- Entrepreneurial mindset β comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving start-up.

Package & Benefits
- Base salary: Β£70,000 β Β£95,000 depending on experience
