Hirexo are partnering with a newly launched, private equity-backed valuation platform as they look to recruit a Business Asset Valuer (MRICS) to support the launch of their brand-new Manchester office at Salford Quays.

The Opportunity
This is a senior, commercially focused Business Asset Valuer role offering genuine autonomy, influence and exposure at board level.
The successful candidate will take ownership of complex business asset valuation instructions, act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping valuation standards, governance and decision-making across the platform. This role suits someone who is comfortable operating independently, influencing at the highest level and helping to build a market-leading proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality business asset valuations in line with RICS standards and professional guidance.
- Acting as a trusted valuation adviser to senior management, board members, investors and private equity stakeholders.
- Taking full ownership of complex valuation instructions, providing clear, defensible and commercially robust advice.
- Liaising confidently with C-suite and board-level stakeholders on valuation matters and strategic decisions.
- Playing a key role in establishing valuation processes, controls and best practice as the business scales.
- Contributing to business-critical decisions within a fast-growing, PE-backed environment.
- Supporting the development and credibility of the Manchester office and wider valuation function.
- Helping to build the firm’s reputation, market presence and client relationships within business asset valuation.
- Remaining hands-on while operating at a senior, autonomous and commercially minded level.
Candidate Profile
- Fully RICS qualified (MRICS) is essential.
- Proven experience in business asset valuation, business valuation or advisory-led environments.
- Strong technical capability with the confidence to lead complex instructions independently.
- Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal supervision in a high-growth environment.
- Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and board-level clients.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of how valuations support strategic decision-making.

Package & Benefits
- Base salary: £75,000 – £100,000 depending on experience
