Group Finance Manager

Hirexo are partnering with a well-established consumer goods and manufacturing business based in Manchester. Following internal changes to improve structure and control, the company is hiring a Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support future planning.   This is a permanent, onsite role reporting to the MD and a key financial stakeholder. You’ll lead a small, high-impact finance team and be responsible for delivering accurate reporting, maintaining compliance, and strengthening supplier and financial relationships.   Key Responsibilities: Own financial reporting, controls, and compliance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Manage supplier negotiations and commercial finance relationships Oversee outsourced payroll and financial operations Support strategic decision-making and finance improvement projects Lead and develop a small, focused finance team What You’ll Need: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, or wholesale Strong technical reporting and hands-on finance experience Proven leadership and supplier negotiation skills Salary: £62,500–£70,000 Location: Manchester (onsite) If you\’re ready to make a real impact in a growing, well-positioned business – applytoday
