Their success is driven by a commitment to building strong client relationships and maintaining the highest standards of professional service.   With a focus on growth and market expansion, the firm is now seeking an ambitious Appointment-Taking Director to join their senior leadership team and contribute to their ongoing success in the insolvency and restructuring sector.   The Opportunity for the Appointment-Taking Director: This role is ideal for a driven and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced insolvency environment. You will play a pivotal role in leading high-value insolvency and restructuring cases, developing new business, and mentoring a team of skilled professionals.   What the Appointment-Taking Director will be involved in: Insolvency and Restructuring Leadership: Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and providing strategic advice on solvent, distressed, and insolvent situations. Appointment-Taking: Acting as a licensed insolvency practitioner, overseeing cases and ensuring regulatory compliance. Business Development: Building and expanding a network of intermediaries and referral partners to secure new insolvency assignments and restructuring opportunities. Team Leadership: Developing and mentoring a team of professionals, ensuring resources are effectively managed and team members are supported in their career progression. Strategic Growth: Contributing to the firm’s broader business strategy by identifying new revenue streams and cross-selling services across the practice. Technical Excellence: Ensuring compliance with all insolvency regulations and maintaining high-quality case outcomes. To be successful as the Appointment-Taking Director, you will need the following: Extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring, with a strong background in leading complex insolvency cases. JIEB-qualified and licensed as an appointment-taking insolvency practitioner. ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent). A proven track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships in the insolvency sector. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams. Expertise in corporate insolvency is essential; experience in personal insolvency and IVAs is highly desirable. Strategic and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The package on offer for the Appointment-Taking Director includes: Uncapped earning potential, with salaries ranging from £100,000 to over £250,000, depending on billings.
