We are growing fast at Hirewithlumi.com (Lumina Innovations Holdings Ltd) — and we are looking for a driven, commercially focused Sales Executive to help take our new AI SaaS platform to market. Our product is designed for HR and Recruitment leaders who want to work faster, smarter, and more accurately. It automates manual tasks, improves decision‑making, and changes how teams manage talent — and the market appetite is strong. Now we need someone who wants to own the conversation, win business, and grow with us.

What the role looks like

  • You will be hands‑on, speaking directly with decision‑makers, running demos, and closing deals.
  • You will work closely with the CEO/VCEO, providing feedback from the market and helping shape how we sell, price, and position the product.
  • This role is ideal for someone who loves selling and wants to be part of an early‑stage success story rather than just “another cog” in a big corporate.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and convert new customers across HR and recruitment markets.
  • Run structured discovery calls and product demos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle through to close.
  • Build, maintain, and forecast a strong pipeline.
  • Contribute insights that refine our go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Support reseller and partner relationships where appropriate.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience selling SaaS (HR tech, recruitment platforms, ATS, CRM, or similar highly beneficial).
  • Confidence talking with senior HR and recruitment stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling approach — not just transactional.
