We are recruiting on behalf of our Global Manufacturing Client who are looking to attract a Digital Marketing Specialist (Automation & eCommerce) to join their team. With over 60 years’ experience providing precision-engineered products for industrial applications, our Clients internationally recognised brands are sold in over 90 countries. As they continue to expand their European presence and scale targeted, data-driven marketing programmes across regions, this role will play an important part in strengthening their marketing automation and eCommerce capabilities.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the execution, optimisation, reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing automation and ecommerce enablement, across EU and North American markets. The role will focus on activating customers and distributors and supporting data transfer across Martech stack to deliver targeted, compliant, and commercially effective content. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Website and Marketing Automation, this position will support the ongoing enablement and evolution of the Company's marketing technology ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Salesforce, TradeIt and Pimberly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to enhance user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with greater marketing and IT teams to deliver personalized content across our digital platforms.
  • Leverage customer and distributor data to support targeted marketing initiatives across EU and North American markets.
  • Ensure scalable, compliant customer engagement within the EU, including adherence to GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Website and Marketing Automation to support the integration and optimisation of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Episerver, tradeit and Pimberly.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, executing autonomously on project discovery, building solution recommendations, conducting testing, troubleshooting and implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to maximise marketing efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing support for distributor portals and eCommerce-related sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital marketing activities with broader commercial objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly marketing automation and martech enablement.
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing databases, email, and/or ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience optimising landing pages and user funnels, along with experience conducting A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with an ability to identify target audiences and develop digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Up to date with current trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Salesforce, TradeIt and/or Pimberly.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce platforms or customer portals.
  • Exposure to marketing within industrial, B2B, or manufacturing environments.
