Remote (UK or US)

Joining a company at the right stage of growth can define a career. Our client has grown into a global leader in DMARC and email security, helping organisations protect one of their most critical business assets - the inbox. Trusted by businesses ranging from growing SMEs to global enterprises, they have become one of the most respected names in email authentication and cybersecurity. Following significant investment and continued international expansion, the business is entering its next phase of growth. Demand generation, pipeline creation, and marketing efficiency are now central to that journey.

As part of that investment, they are looking to appoint a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the engine that drives inbound pipeline growth. This is a highly visible role where you'll have direct influence over acquisition strategy, budget allocation, performance measurement, and revenue generation across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning Pipeline Growth: This is not a role focused on vanity metrics. You'll be responsible for building and optimising the programmes that generate qualified pipeline for the business. Success will be measured by business outcomes, revenue impact, and pipeline contribution rather than clicks, impressions, or traffic alone. Working closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and SDR leadership, you'll ensure marketing activity directly supports commercial growth objectives.
  • Leading Performance Marketing Strategy: You'll take ownership of paid demand generation strategy across key acquisition channels, identifying opportunities to scale pipeline while improving efficiency and return on investment. From audience targeting and messaging to budget allocation and channel expansion, you'll continuously look for ways to improve performance and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Driving Hands-On Execution: This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the work. You'll manage campaigns directly, make budget decisions, analyse performance data, and optimise activity in real time. You'll be trusted to own outcomes and make informed decisions that maximise impact across the funnel.
  • Building a World-Class Measurement Function: Data will sit at the centre of everything you do. You'll own the performance measurement framework, ensuring full visibility from marketing spend and website traffic through to qualified pipeline, opportunities, and revenue influence. You'll provide clear reporting to leadership while helping the business understand what's working, what isn't, and where future investment should be focused.
  • Optimising the Entire Buyer Journey: You'll view the website, landing pages, conversion paths, and free tools as revenue-generating assets. Working across marketing and sales, you'll continuously improve conversion rates, lead quality, and funnel performance through testing, optimisation, and experimentation.
  • Driving AI-Powered Marketing: As an AI-first organisation, our client is looking for someone who embraces modern marketing technology. You'll leverage AI to accelerate content creation, increase testing velocity, improve personalisation, automate analysis, and help the business move faster than its competitors.
  • Creating a Culture of Experimentation: You'll run a continuous programme of testing and learning across channels, messaging, audiences, and campaign formats. The business values curiosity, speed, and evidence-based decision making. You'll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and scale what works.

What You'll Bring

You'll have a proven track record delivering demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing success within a B2B SaaS environment. You'll be commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment where accountability and ownership matter. We're particularly interested in individuals who have experience with:

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads management
  • Performance marketing budget ownership
  • Pipeline-focused demand generation
  • Salesforce reporting and marketing analytics
  • Attribution, measurement, and performance dashboards
  • Conversion rate optimisation and experimentation
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • AI-powered marketing tools and workflows
  • Data analysis using platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, or similar technologies

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions based on data, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • LinkedIn advertising experience
  • Paid social campaign management
  • Product-led growth (PLG) experience
  • Experience managing free-tool conversion funnels
  • Familiarity with data warehouse environments such as BigQuery
  • Experience working within cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS businesses

What You'll Get

  • Competitive base salary
  • Bonus plan
  • Equity participation
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Private health insurance
  • Gym membership
  • Self-development budget for training, coaching, and industry events
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • One volunteer day each year to give back
  • Fully remote working model within the UK or US

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing cybersecurity company at a pivotal stage of its journey. You'll have genuine ownership of marketing performance, direct influence on revenue growth, and the freedom to build, test, and scale programmes that make a measurable impact on the business.
