Our clients Digital Resilience Platform solves for the greatest vulnerabilities across the complete attack surface. By providing comprehensive coverage of an organization’s digital footprint through best-in-class discovery and monitoring, the product enables users to proactively uncover threats within email, domains, brand, and the network perimeter. Paired with sophisticated remediation capabilities, it provides organizations with the tools to shut down phishing and ensure ongoing compliance with email and web security protocols.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and is eager to shape a product from its early stages to mass adoption.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading our product from pre-product-market fit through to scale. This means defining the strategy, deeply understanding customer pain points, iterating on solutions, and ensuring we build something that truly resonates with our market. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers to turn insights into impactful product decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product as it moves towards product-market fit and beyond.
  • Conduct customer research, analyze market trends, and gather insights to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize and define features that balance business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to bring ideas to life and iterate based on real-world feedback.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to craft compelling positioning and ensure strong adoption.
  • Establish success metrics and continuously refine the product based on data and customer feedback.
  • Adapt to a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift as we learn more about our customers.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS startup or scale-up.
  • A track record of working on products that went from early-stage development to growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A deep curiosity about cybersecurity and a willingness to immerse yourself in the industry.
  • The ability to navigate uncertainty, test hypotheses, and make thoughtful trade-offs.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in cybersecurity or working on security-related products.
  • Technical background or familiarity with cloud-based software development.
  • Previous experience working with B2B enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with AI products.
Why Join Us?
  • The opportunity to have a direct impact on shaping a product in a critical industry.
  • A dynamic and collaborative team that values experimentation and learning.
  • Flexible working arrangements and a culture that prioritises outcomes over rigid processes.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and stock options.
