Our client, a progressive LegalTech Saas firm, is looking for a hands-on engineering manager who can lead a team of 6-8 mid-senior engineers. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing project requirements, delegating tasks, and fostering technical excellence.
- Project Leadership: Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to meet project goals.
- Reporting & Risk: Prepare progress reports, deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders, and identify risks to develop contingency plans as needed.
Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years in a management role. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale a diverse team of engineers with strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Hands-on experience with Java, C#, Typescript, or Python in an enterprise environment.
This role can be remote, or hybrid in London.
