What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
- Strategic GTM Leadership
- Own the GTM Strategy: Develop, execute, and scale our international field marketing roadmap across EMEA and APAC, aligning every marketing investment directly to regional pipeline objectives.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Act as the primary marketing liaison to International Sales, Customer Success, and BDR leadership, building tight alignment on target account strategies, territory plans, and campaign priorities.
- Build Scalable Frameworks: Establish best practices and playbooks that ensure a premium, consistent customer experience across all regional marketing programs.
- High-Impact Marketing Execution
- Integrated GTM Campaigns: Partner with central Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to launch multi-channel campaigns tailored for localized markets.
- Signature Experiences: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for regional field events, executive roundtables, webinars, and partner co-marketing programs.
- Precision ABM: Create and launch tailored account-based marketing (ABM) and industry-specific programs to land, expand, and accelerate high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Customer Community & Advocacy
- Elevate Customer Stories: Discover and showcase international success stories, partnering with local CS and Brand teams to build a powerful network of regional customer advocates.
- Foster Executive Networking: Curate peer-to-peer engagement opportunities and exclusive executive networks that strengthen long-term corporate relationships.
- Measurement & Optimization
- Data-Driven Decisions: Define, track, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) including pipeline contribution, customer engagement metrics, and regional program ROI.

Qualifications
Who You Are (Your Background)
- SaaS Industry Expert: You bring 7 to 10+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation, field marketing, or regional marketing leadership.
- Global Perspective: You have hands-on experience supporting and growing B2B technology pipelines across EMEA and/or APAC markets.
- Relationship Champion: You are an expert at stakeholder management, possessing the executive presence to partner directly with Sales VPs, directors, and enterprise customer leaders.
- Event & ABM Strategist: You have a proven track record of designing high-touch executive experiences, customer programs, and targeted ABM plans.
- Tech-Fluent Marketer: You are highly comfortable navigating modern marketing ecosystems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, webinar/event platforms (such as Goldcast), and attribution tools.
- Adaptable & Commercially Minded: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where you can blend strategic long-term thinking with agile, day-to-day execution.
