We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, fast-growing renewable energy company in the Mid/ South of England. Our client is expanding their solar installation team and is looking for both experienced Solar PV Roofers and motivated trainees who want to build a long-term career in the renewable energy sector.

The Role
As a Solar PV Roofer / Solar Installer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solar installations on domestic and commercial properties. You'll work closely with technical leads and electricians to ensure every system is installed safely, accurately and to an exceptional standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing solar PV panels and mounting systems on a variety of roof types
- Working at height safely and confidently
- Running cable routes and assisting with system setup
- Collaborating with senior engineers to complete full installations
- Maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail
- Representing the company professionally on customer sites
- Learning new technologies such as battery storage and smart energy systems
